Job Overview

Radisson Udaipur is seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to oversee our service operations. Based in Udaipur, this full-time, mid-level position plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operation within our dining venues. As a captain, you will lead and manage your team, uphold service standards, and contribute to a harmonious dining experience, reflective of our brand’s exceptional hospitality.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations within the dining areas, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service and hospitality.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate team members to maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service flow and effective communication on orders and special requests.
  • Address guest concerns or special requests professionally to enhance their overall dining experience.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement for effective stock management and ordering.
  • Participate in planning and execution of service strategies aligned with hotel objectives to boost guest satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to management for process improvements and service enhancement based on guest interactions and team observations.
