Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Sourcing/Closing - Real Estate, located in Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for sourcing leads and converting them to clients, managing and nurturing the client relationship, providing end-to-end support, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will have experience in the real estate sector, a good understanding of sales, negotiation, and customer service. The Sales Manager will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that client requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, MANDATORY in the real estate industry
- Good understanding of sales, negotiation, and customer service principles
- Ability to deliver results and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Understanding of current market trends and commercial awareness
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales strategies
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
