- Architect/Engineer with around 3- 5 years of work experience in the field of Sustainability and Green Buildings.
- Bachelors degree is minimum. Candidates with Masters degree will be given preference.
- Knowledge of Green Building Certifications, Energy efficiency and sustainability concepts is must.
- Must have delivered and completed at least 5 Green Building projects (Pre-certification and/or Certification).
- Must be accredited professional from IGBC & GRIHA. Candidates with LEED AP/WELL AP credential shall be given preference.
- Effective presentation, communication and interpersonal skills should be there and shall be a good team player. Candidates with experience on team handling shall be preferred.
- Hands-on experience on AutoCAD, MS is must. Candidates with experience of BIM, Daylight and Energy simulations shall be given preference.
