We are looking for Social safeguard specialist in Jharkhand for a leading engineering design consulting firm.

Job description

·       Assess the social impacts of development projects and propose mitigation measures.

·       Ensure compliance with social safeguard policies and standards.

·       Shall be responsible for attending all RFIs related to Social Safeguard.

·       He shall ensure that proper social safeguard measures are kept in place by the Contractor.

·       He shall assist the Authority on day-today basis in implementation of RAP and other matters as & when asked by the Authority.

·       He shall immediately report any of the discrepancies / non-complaisance by the Contractor in implementing the Social Safeguard Measures at work site, plants & at labour camps to the Team Leader.

·       He shall also assist the PIU in land acquisition.

·       Engage with stakeholders and communities to address concerns and promote inclusivity.

·       He/she should have experience of more than 7 years of preparing SIA reports and RAPs for infrastructure projects

Education

UG: Any Graduate

PG: Any Postgraduate
