We are looking for a Quality Engineer in Ahmedabad for a leading construction company. Experience of 8 - 12 years is required for this role.

Responsibilities -

Successful Implementation Quality Control Measures and QA systems at Site.

·      Devising and implementing QA system at site.

·      Checking quality of raw material at source and site as per the defined frequency.

·      Assuring that Manufacturer’s Test Certificate of bought out items and material like cement, steel, construction chemicals are received and .

·      Preparing work Methodology Statement with respect to specifications / IS codes.

·      To ensure that proper methodology and instructions are followed in execution of various activities.

·      Monitoring day–to–day activities pertaining to quality in consultation with Site-in-charge and Client /Consultants.

·      Sample collection for testing and approvals.

·      Maintaining QC lab and equipment in conforming condition.

·      To check workmanship of the executed work as per the defined parameters.

·      To impart training and/or co-ordinate for training on technical and functional subjects.

·      Preparing MIS reports related to QA function on monthly basis like Concrete Summary, Training Summary, Standard Deviation, Daily Inspection Report, Rolling Margin summary etc.

·      Activity Checklist mapping in ERP.

·      Site Activity Checklist approval filled by execution team.

·      Monitoring and maintaining documents on site as per ISO 9001:2015

·      B.E or Diploma in Civil Engineering

·      Having Knowledge of MS office and IS Codes

·      Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015

·      To be flexible and willing in approach for supporting any other JD / work profile as per situational priorities and requirements of client or any location or any Department of the organization, as instructed by Management from time to time
