We are looking for procurement expert in Lucknow for an engineering consulting firm.

Minimum Educational Qualification- B.E./ B.Tech along with MBA/ PG Degree/ diploma in Materials Management or Supply Chain Management

3 eligible assignments in PMC

1.               Strategic Sourcing:

·       Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

·       Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.

2.           Vendor Management:

·       Evaluate, select, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.

·       Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply chains.

·       Conduct regular performance assessments of suppliers.

3.           Contract Management:

·       Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts.

·       Ensure compliance with terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements.

4.           Budgeting and Cost Control:

·       Manage procurement budgets and track expenses.

·       Analyze market trends to optimize spending and ensure cost efficiency.

5.           Operational Oversight:

·       Oversee the purchase and delivery of goods and services.

·       Ensure the availability of resources to meet organizational needs without delays.

6.           Risk Management:

·       Identify and mitigate procurement risks, including supply chain disruptions.

·       Ensure compliance with legal and ethical procurement practices.

7.           Documentation and Reporting:

·       Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.

·       Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and savings achieved.
