Qualification - BE Electrical & Electronics 

   Experience:

o    Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the transformer industry.

o    Preferred 2 years of experience in sales of IoT-based devices.

o    Knowledge of IoT concepts and applications.

Sales Leadership:

o    Lead the sales team in developing strategies tailored to the utility sector.

o    Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and foster strong client relationships.

 Utility Collaboration:

o    Work closely with Distribution/Power utility companies (Private & State Owned) to understand their needs and challenges.

o    Collaborate with utilities in implementing our IoT-based solutions to enhance transformer monitoring.

·         Product Knowledge:

o    Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of transformers and IoT-based monitoring solutions.

o    Provide technical expertise to utilities on the benefits and features of our solutions.

·         Customer Relationship Management:

o    Build and maintain strong relationships with key utility customers and partners.

o    Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the utility sector. 

·         Communication Skills:

o    Possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

o    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and utility partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
