1. Exposure of Giving Corporate Media Interview for Forecasting and Company financials review

2. Excellent Verbal and Communication skills in English

3. Pleasant personality and Should have worked or Working with a Listed company with similar or large business volume

4. Strong knowledge of Share, Stakeholders and SEBI guidelines

5. Self Initiator to maintaining the harmonious relations with the investors and bring the potential Investors for the company

1. Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering

shareholder value

2. Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework

3. Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication

with external agencies

4. Manage data for equity research and investor relationships

5. Responsibility of managing communication between a company's corporate management and its

investors.
