We are hiring TA in Mumbai for a leading real estate developer.


Qualification : Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

1. To Create the Annual Resource Management Plan for Corporate & Project Sites.

2. To Create a Panel of Highly effective, hiring partners across relevant levels of hiring.

3. To build an effective Talent Acquisition Strategy such as to optimize Cost and enhance effectiveness.

4. To also manage the following Talent Acquisition channels:

a) Internal Employee Referral Schemes.

b) On-Line Hiring ie. LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.

c) Internal Job Boards.

d) Hiring Partners.

5. To Design & Manage an effective on-line Talent Acquisition process.

6. To Handle Induction Process.

7. To create effective Job Descriptions and maintain OD master. documents.

8. Build and maintain the Employer Brand by engaging with talent sources and managing the organization’s social media platforms.
