We are looking for a Factory Manager - Technical Textile to join our team. As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in the manufacturing of technical textiles. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the textile industry.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production workflows and improve overall operational performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth production operations
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Manage inventory levels and procurement of raw materials, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-efficiency
• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new products and improve existing processes
• Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the production team
