Purpose of Job:
The Performance Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for the management and optimization of digital campaigns across digital channels. He/She will focus on campaign-specific results and drive a positive return on investments.
Essential Experience:
· In-depth knowledge of Google Ads – Search, Display & Video
· In-depth knowledge of Meta (Facebook) Advertising platform
· Knowledge of setting up and optimizing Google & Facebook campaigns
· Keyword Research skills, Google Analytics & SEO
· Experience in managing Performance Media (SEM and Social) strategy & campaigns.
Key Roles/ Responsibilities:
· Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
· Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
· Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
· Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
· Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
· Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity.
- · Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
