Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Word, MS outlook, MS PowerPoint) Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
Responsible for end to end recruitment Highly motivated and great interpersonal skills Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Resourcing, screening, and short listing resumes through various job portals/Job Posting/Referrals/Consultancy. Responsible for mass mailing and job posting on job portals. Good Communication and Negotiation Skills. Documentation and Employee background verification Conducting campus drives/ walk-in interviews and scheduling interviews accordingly. Collaborate with third party recruiting companies to help source candidates from diverse pools of job seekers Joining formalities like issue of Offer letter, appointment letter & other related documents, providing Welcome Kit, ID card, Opening up of salary accounts. Induction & orientation.
