We are looking for a contract engineer in Mumbai for a leading real estate developer.

He should be able -

1.to prepare WBS as per project requirement as and as directed by

Contract-in-charge and submit schedule of contract finalization.

2. To physically verify and compare the items, rates billed by the contractors

with accepted tender rates and ensure that the bills are recommended for

approval in time with the terms and conditions of the works order.

3. To discuss with the Contract-in-Charge and formulate Contract Strategy.

4. To be responsible for the Finalization & drafting of contract strategy.

5. Prequalification of contractors/ Creation of Contractors Data base

6. To prepare & issue of tender document.

7. To prepare comparative statement and carry out technical evaluation of

bids

8. To negotiate with contractors.

9. To prepare work orders, variation orders.

10. To prepare General & technical specifications.

11. To prepare rate analysis.

12. To update Vendor / Contractor’s data and widen the data base.

13. To carry out any other tasks as assigned by seniors from time to time.

14. To prepare MIS reports on monthly/ quarterly basis.

15. To prepare work order & circulate among with internal team.

16. SAP work order creation.
