We are hiring an international BD Manager for a leading manufacturer of submersible pumps.



Education : Any Graduate + MBA (Preferably in Marketing/IB/Foreign trade)

Experience Min. - 3 to 8 Years’ Experience in Sales

 

Basic Requirement –

1.    Pleasant Personality

2.    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

3.    Self-starter with a positive outlook

4.    Good hold on MS Office Package

5.    Should be Open to travel across Oversees locations

6.    Should hold valid Passport (Or to procure within 1 month from Joining)

7.    Should be having exposure of CPVC and UPVC Pipe Sales Domain

8.    Strong Knowledge in Sales Process


Job Role -

1.    Identification of potential Channel Partners and strategize the maximum market penetration through them.

2.    Creation of Strong Channel network and ensuring network expansion in respective territory

3.    Monitoring and developing channel partners for timely delivery of product range and ensuring the achievement of MOU Target of each channel partner

4.    To work towards company’s objective and goal.

5.    To work towards business development that includes:

6.    Search for new business opportunity in assigned countries.

7.    To sell all product range in assigned countries.

8.    To generate order from existing and new customers.

9.    Follow up on payment and shipment.

10. Prepare plans and strategy to increase business.

11. To work on secondary sales that includes:

12. To assist existing and new customers.

13. To appoint local employee and assigned task in given countries.

14. To perform marketing activities like newspaper ads, yellow pages ads, dealer/bill boards, participation in exhibition, sub dealer meet/ mechanic meet.

15. To plan visits in assigned countries that would include new and old dealer visit, sub – dealer visit, mechanic

16. Continuous Update of Customer data, competitor data, management of entire territory data and its usage to increase sales and providing timely service back up to customers

17. Collaborates with HOD to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines

18. Accurately forecasts monthly, quarterly and annual plan for achieving desired business
