Developing an in-depth understanding of the Interior Design Build sectors in India and key players in the market; · Developing excellent relational skills with residential clients, commercial clients’ developers, channel partners and the vendors. · Account management of the existing clients by keeping up regular meetings and follow up. 

Pitching products and services · Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing partners and customers · Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events Ensuring timely submission of all the pitch & RFP submission with the help of the team · Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products · Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met · Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills · Experience in Interior Fit Out Firm is an added advantage . Strong networking with brokers network/PMC's/builders and other commercial clients. . Business heads direct the activities of employees, from recruiting, training, and evaluating new staff and ensuring that the company or department is in the process of meeting its financial objectives.
