·   We are hiring AGM/DGM tool room in Hyderabad for a leading  manufacturing of aluminium extrusion profiles in India.

Prepare monthly plan considering requirements of all CO’s and plan for perfect Dies for all the Extrusion Press.

·       Interact with Managers/Supervisors to define targets & to monitor output during daily reviews.

·       Guide the team & plan continual /cost savings improvements.

·       Maintain housekeeping & safety.

·       Coordinate with all concerned to ensure closing of all issues necked for production, dispatch

·       Coordinate with customer to resolve the issues related to die design.

·       Responsible for new product review & Planning of backup dies.

·       Daily review of die failures & root cause analysis.

·       Responsible for new product train sample submission status.

·       Responsible to make available die correction tools.

·       Knowledge on ISO documentation.

·       Review of design drawings.

·       Reviewing of new product matching in developing stage.

·       Dies delivery schedule monitoring

·       Out of box thinking to eliminate chronic problems and user friendly uses.

·       Good control over sub-ordinates @ Manager level up to technician.

·       Sound knowledge on Die designing.

·       Should have profound knowledge of all the machines pertains to tool room.

·       Should have Good knowledge of drawing and modifications needed.

·       Should have vast knowledge about critical spare, delivery of critical spare, insurance spare inventory of store and controlling of purchase requisition raised by departmental agencies.

·       Graduate / Technical qualification must require.

·       Good communicational skills.

·       Able handle large workforce.

·       Well experience on problem solving and Root cause analysis skills.

·       Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced production environment, often under time constraints.

·       Strong computer skills and familiarity with office productivity software and business control software AutoCAD such as ERP and AutoCAD.

·       Minimum of 15 years of experience in an aluminum extrusion manufacturing with Diploma /,B.E. qualification.
