Working close with the Product Development arm of RCOR, to research and recommend technologies, systems and so on, based on the customer requirements. The focus at the moment, is around our Data Processing solutions and services area. This would move out to other solution areas subsequently. 

The job profile would require an individual with good development knowledge to suggest and implement optimized system integrations for the given service needs. 

Role 

⦁ Research into company deployed software or other software to achieve end goals from technical point of view. 

⦁ Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot business applications, which may include application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases. 

⦁ Liaise with business (functional team) to construct clear messaging internally & externally or translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements. 

⦁ Manage the set-up and configuration of systems. 

 Define and deploy text cases for integrated scenarios to ensure quality and assurance. 

⦁ Implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms. 

⦁ Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance. 

⦁ Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
