Job Role: Team Leader

Job Location: Sector 63, Noida Uttar Pradesh

Shift Timing - For both Female & Male candidates - 9:30 Am to 6:30 PM (Fixed Shift)

Role and responsibilities –

1. Manage the overall running of the sales team
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence
3. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses
4. Establishing productive and professiona
5. l relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmers to capture key demographics
6. Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements -

1. Required candidates with sales experience.
2. Experience – 6 month to 1 year at least.
3. Self-motivated and driven by targets.
4. Good Team player.

Working mode –

• Work from office 6 Days working Day shift/ Rotational off
