Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Surat, Gujarat. This is a senior-level, full-time position ideal for someone with 7 to 10 years of experience in supply chain management. The role demands expertise in logistics management, supplier relationship management, and SAP ERP (mandatory skills).

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing or similar industry.
• Proven experience in logistics management, ensuring efficient transportation and storage of goods. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong supplier relationship management skills to negotiate and manage contracts and maintain strong supplier partnerships. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in SAP ERP for overseeing and managing the supply chain processes. (Mandatory skill)
• Excellent demand forecasting skills to predict inventory needs and align supply chain activities accordingly.
• Strong process improvement skills to enhance supply chain operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Advanced data analysis abilities to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
• Experience in project management to lead and oversee supply chain-related projects.
• Effective risk management skills to identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with Rayzon Solar's business goals and objectives.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, production planning, and logistics.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure advantageous terms.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities with production, sales, and finance.
• Lead supply chain projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Implement and manage SAP ERP systems for effective resource planning and supply chain management.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply and minimize disruptions.
