Job Overview

Rayzon Solar Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a mid-level Supply Chain Management professional to join our team at our headquarters in Surat, Gujarat. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in supply chain management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and quality in our solar module manufacturing operations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in supply chain management within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven expertise in Logistics (Mandatory skill), ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of materials.
  • Strong background in Procurement (Mandatory skill), with experience in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Demonstrated ability in Supply Chain Optimization (Mandatory skill) to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management, including tracking, controlling, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Skilled in Forecasting to predict future supply chain needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in Supplier Relationship Management to build and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers.
  • Competence in Data Analysis to interpret supply chain data and make informed decisions.
  • Understanding of Risk Management to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the supply chain.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies to meet the company's production and business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage logistics activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers.
  • Optimize supply chain performance by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking, minimizing costs and waste.
  • Forecast future supply chain needs based on production schedules, market trends, and sales forecasts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness of supplies.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to prevent disruptions to production and delivery.
