Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. This full-time mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will use their expertise to drive sales and expand our market reach, delivering high-quality solar solutions to diverse clients.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in the solar panel industry (Mandatory skill)
  • Extensive knowledge of solar PV (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven track record in solar industry sales (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong sales strategy development and implementation capabilities
  • In-depth product knowledge of solar modules and related technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to handle clients' inquiries and issues effectively
  • Proficient in closing sales and meeting targets consistently
  • Adept at conducting thorough market research to identify new opportunities


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets
  • Identify and target potential clients in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to provide suitable solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to reach out to new markets and expand customer base
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability
  • Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and competitors' offerings
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to build long-term client relationships
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management
