We are looking for Liaisoning Manager for Solar EPC Projects

Key Responsibilities:

1) Project Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Rayzon Solar and government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between internal teams and external parties for industrial and ground-mount solar projects.

2) Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations, standards, and policies related to solar EPC projects.
• Handle documentation and approvals required for project execution, including land acquisition, environmental clearances, and other statutory approvals.

3) Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, utility companies, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

4) Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation to regulatory bodies and internal management.
• Keep accurate records of all liaison activities and communications.

5) Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks related to regulatory compliance and develop mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations and ensure timely adaptation to new requirements.

7) Support Project Execution:

• Assist in the planning and execution of industrial and ground-mount solar projects by providing necessary liaison support.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in solar liaisoning, preferably in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and approval processes for solar projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with industrial and ground-mount solar projects.
• Familiarity with local and national solar policies and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
