Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior International Sales professional to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is based in Surat, Mumbai, or Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in international sales, particularly in the solar PV and renewable energy industries. This role is critical in driving our global growth strategy and fostering relationships across various international markets.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Knowledge of international trade regulations (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in Solar PV (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in Renewable Energy (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong understanding of global markets
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across various cultures
  • Experience in cross-border sales and navigating diverse regulatory environments
  • In-depth knowledge of Solar Energy and related technologies


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to drive global business expansion and market penetration
  • Identify and engage potential clients and partners in targeted international markets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with international clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
