Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head Of Security to join our executive team in Surat. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 30 years of work experience. The chosen candidate will oversee all security operations, ensuring the safety of our facilities, employees, and assets. The candidate must have a strong background in safety management and security procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience in a security management role, preferably within a large corporation or industrial setting.
• Extensive knowledge of security protocols, crisis management, and safety management systems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Ability to develop and implement effective security policies and procedures.
• Experience with risk management and conducting security audits and assessments.
• Effective communication skills to interact with various departments and external agencies.
• Experience as a colonel in the military or an equivalent position in a security organization.
• Skills in lieutenant, military, head of safety (Mandatory skill)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect company assets, infrastructure, and employees.
• Oversee all security personnel and ensure they are effectively trained and equipped to handle security threats.
• Monitor and assess security risks and implement appropriate measures to mitigate them.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify and rectify potential vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into business processes.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and other agencies to ensure a timely response to security incidents.
• Manage the installation and maintenance of security systems, including surveillance, access control, and alarm systems.
• Lead and direct investigations into security breaches and other threats.
