We are hiring for Finance Manager in Surat for a renewable energy company with the below key job responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of financial modelling for debt and capital market fund raise

2. Liaising with legal councils and merchant bankers for IPO purposes.

3. Overview of financials statement to ensure compliance with Ind AS and statutory requirements

4. Review of company's capital structure and financing strategies, including evaluating capital raising options such as equity offerings, debt financing

5. Participating in investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations to provide transparency and build investor confidence

Candidate having experience in listed entity will be preferred.
