Job Overview

Rayzon Solar is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team in Surat. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at financial reporting, tax preparation, and using accounting software. As part of our team, you will help ensure our financial operations are smooth and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in financial reporting to provide accurate financial statements and management reports (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in tax preparation, ensuring timely and accurate filing of federal, state, and local tax returns (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in accounting software to facilitate the efficient management of financial records (Mandatory skill).
• Auditing skills to conduct thorough examinations of financial records and practices.
• Budgeting experience to help manage and forecast financial requirements effectively.
• Strong financial analysis skills to interpret financial data and drive decision-making.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, including ALMM, IEC, BIS, and MNRE standards.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping to maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting standards and principles.
• Handle tax preparation and filing activities ensuring timely and accurate submissions to relevant authorities.
• Maintain and update accounting software systems for accurate financial data management.
• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and reliability of financial records.
• Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide variance analysis.
• Perform financial analysis and produce insightful reports to aid strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards, including ALMM, IEC, BIS, and MNRE.
• Handle routine bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
