• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, aiming to resolve customer inquiries, provide information, or address concerns.
• Meet or exceed daily call volume targets, averaging between 300-350 calls per day.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to ensure clear and effective interactions with customers.
• Uphold company standards for customer service quality, professionalism, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Adapt to different accents including UK, US, Australia, and Canada to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
• Maintain stability and consistency in performance, contributing to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an international BPO environment with a focus on sales or collections preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Location preference within a 20 KM radius of Noida Sector 63.
• Candidates residing in Gurgaon, West Delhi, Rohini, Dwarka, and Faridabad are not eligible.
• Demonstrated stability in previous roles.
• No freshers will be considered for this position.
• Ability to adapt to different accents and communication styles.
