Job Overview

Ray Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an R&D Chemist. As a Fresher with less than 1 year of experience, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical research and development. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical research and development processes
• Familiarity with analytical techniques and instruments used in pharmaceutical analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development activities to support the development of new pharmaceutical products
• Perform laboratory experiments and tests, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Analyze and interpret data, and prepare technical reports and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and optimize product formulations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical research and development
• Contribute to the development and improvement of laboratory techniques and processes
• Maintain accurate and organized records of experimental procedures, results, and observations
• Assist in the preparation and review of regulatory documentation
