Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Officer - Quality Control to join our team at Ray Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. as part of our commitment to manufacturing highest quality injectables. As an Officer - Quality Control, you will be responsible for ensuring the adherence to quality standards and guidelines in all aspects of the manufacturing process. This is a full-time position based in Hubballi, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
- Junior level position: 1 to 3 years of experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of analytical techniques, such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and dissolution testing.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform quality control testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using appropriate analytical techniques and instruments.
- Develop and validate analytical methods to assess the quality and purity of the products.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality control standards, regulatory requirements, and SOPs.
- Participate in the investigation of quality deviations, non-conforming products, and customer complaints.
- Conduct routine calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including test reports, protocols, and analytical data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality control practices.
