About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models, and will play a key role in driving our AI initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis to understand the data and extract meaningful insights.
• Feature Engineering: Create and optimize features to improve the performance of machine learning models.
• Model Training & Evaluation: Train models using large datasets, and evaluate their performance using appropriate metrics.
• Deployment: Implement machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate machine learning capabilities into products.
• Research: Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and apply them to improve existing models and develop new solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, algorithms, and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: B.Tech. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and data science.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Data Handling: Strong experience with data processing and analysis using tools like Pandas and NumPy.
• Model Building: Expertise in building, training, and deploying machine learning models.
• Algorithm Knowledge: Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.
• Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying machine learning models.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
