Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and optimization of Android OS components, focusing on performance, security, and scalability.
• Work on system-level programming, including modifying Android's core libraries and services.
• Analyze and improve the performance of Android's runtime, memory management, and system processes.
• Contribute to projects involving low-level programming in Android, including working with the Android NDK.
• Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews related to Android’s framework and system services.
• Research and implement new features and enhancements at the system level.

Requirements:

• Pursued a degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Java, Kotlin, and C/C++.
• Familiarity with Android's architecture, including the Android Runtime (ART), HAL, and AOSP.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems, particularly Linux, and how it relates to Android.
• Experience with tools like Android Studio, ADB, and Android NDK.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep interest in system-level programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Android Open Source Project (AOSP) contributions or custom ROM development.
• Understanding of Linux kernel development and its interaction with Android.
• Knowledge of ARM architecture and assembly language.
• Previous experience with performance profiling and optimization techniques.
