Job Purpose:

The Senior IT Manager—3PL/FTL will oversee the IT infrastructure and ensure technology integration within logistics and supply chain operations. This role involves strategic planning, development, and implementation of technology solutions to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
• Oversee the integration of technology in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Create and manage automated applications and data-driven reports.
• Ensure data security and implement cybersecurity measures.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and address IT needs.
• Manage IT projects, including digital transformation and AI automation initiatives.
• Lead the IT team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems to ensure they meet the company’s needs.
• Prepare and present IT performance reports to senior management.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Flexibility to travel as required for project oversight and collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure and architecture.
• Knowledge of digital transformation, AI, and automation technologies.
• Awareness of cybersecurity measures and data security protocols.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

• Experience in managing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in IT management, project management, and cybersecurity are preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in IT infrastructure management and digital architecture.
• Expertise in AI, automation and data analytics.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, C, and C++.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and extensive data management.
