Job Purpose: 

The Project Management Manager will oversee the implementation of solar power projects, ensuring quality standards, team coordination, and effective project execution. This senior-level role requires a candidate with substantial experience in solar power projects. 

Job Duties:

• Set up project implementation systems and quality control measures. 
• Ensure adherence to quality standards at project sites. 
• Manage and coordinate teams, including the deputy project manager and consultants. 
• Facilitate communication between consultants and the project site team.
• Manage project resources, including materials and personnel.
• Manage environmental and safety requirements.
• Select and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
