Job Title: Field Operation Executives- Corporate Sales( Immediate)

Job description: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The collected data will be instrumental in our valuation and sales processes, ensuring we can accurately consider the factors that may influence the demand and value of these properties, which is instrumental in decision-making related to the acquisition & sales in Gujarat locations.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Establish and maintain relationships with society representatives and residents for seamless data collection.
• Data Collection: Accurately measure and record the layout details of each unit, including dimensions, room configurations, window directions, and other relevant features
• Ensure consistency and standardization in data logging
• Data Management: Input collected data into the company's database accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with the internal team to verify and validate data
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and summaries of the data collected
• Provide insights and feedback based on field observations to improve data collection processes
• Coordination: Work closely with the valuation and sales teams to ensure data needs are met
• Assist in coordinating with third-party vendors if required for specific data collection tasks
• Qualifications:. Education: Any relevant Bachelors or Masters degree
• Experience. Previous experience in data collection, real estate, or field operations is preferred
• Familiarity with the Powai area and local real estate market is a plus
• Total years of experience 1-2. Skills:. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using data collection tools and software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within Powai & other parts of Mumbai
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to conduct field visits for collecting data of various units
