Job Purpose

The Sub-Architecture Coordinator will oversee architectural coordination for the new office project, including managing contractors like carpenters and electricians. The role ensures the timely completion of tasks such as civil work, plumbing, electrical installations, and tiling.

Job Duties

• Coordinate sub-architectural work for the new office project.
• Work closely with contractors, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.
• Oversee the installation of key structures like Stonewall.
• Ensure that tasks are completed on time, especially in morning shifts.
• Handle responsibilities such as project planning, supervision, and coordination.
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with standards.
• Address any on-site issues related to civil, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
• Schedule and oversee daily operations for the completion of electrical and civil works.

Required Qualifications

Knowledge

• Understanding of sub-architectural coordination and project management.
• Familiarity with construction, plumbing, and electrical installations.
