Roles and Responsibilities
- Planting, watering, and maintaining plants in the greenhouses
- Pruning and trimming plants to ensure healthy growth
- Harvesting and packaging plants for sale
- Monitoring and controlling the greenhouse environment, including temperature and humidity
- Identifying and treating plant diseases and pests
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the greenhouses
- Assisting with inventory management and stocktaking
- Operating and maintaining greenhouse equipment and machinery
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines
