Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing Affordable home loans, Micro-LAP products and Cross-sell LAP & Business loan to existing customers by way of renewal and fresh acquisition.
• Responsible for empanelment of the DSA and acquiring the customers for Home Loan from open market and developer relationships.
• Responsible for establishing the organization brand and managing the sales and business development activities for Home Loans with a focus on affordable/mass affluent segments in the assigned locations.
• The incumbent is required to have a good knowledge and understanding of the local affordable/mass affluent markets and PMAY - Responsible for smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing of a loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification - Graduate
• Require minimum experience of 1 years in Mortgage, Micro LAP and affordable home loans
• Strong negotiation skill.
