Sourcing: Should have experience in DSA sourcing / Open Market Sourcing.

Job description:

· Sourcing Affordable home loans and Cross-sell LAP & Business loan to existing customers by way of renewal and fresh acquisition

· Responsible for empanelment of the DSA and acquiring the customers for Home Loan from open market and developer relationship

· Responsible for establishing the organization brand and managing the sales and business development activities for Home Loans with a focus on affordable/mass affluent segments in the assigned locations.

· The incumbent is required to have a good knowledge and understanding of the local affordable/mass affluent markets and PMAY - Responsible for smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing of a loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service.

Job Requirement

· Qualification – Graduate

· Require minimum experience of 1 years in affordable home loans

· Strong negotiation skill.
