Job Description – 

Hands-on administrator level experience on Indigo vision VMS versions, Milestone VMS versions, Exacq vision VMS, CEM applications products. 

To provide technical support for Installations, Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Repairs based on desired SLA.

Responsible for providing IT assistance to include application support, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting adhering to resolution time. 

Understanding of networking, Windows, Linux, VMware and ONVIF application fundamental concepts.

To be responsible while on duty to determine and take the appropriate action required in response for Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management.

To Configure, test, maintain and support LAN/WAN networks with heterogeneous devices of ACS & CCTV.

Responsible for diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components if required.

To keep Monitor system performance, Perform data backups on Daily Basis. Maintaining the Risk / Incident / Hardware issue register.

Responsible for cameras/Access control Door issues, understanding, troubleshooting and rectification as per daily operation requirement/complaint.

Capable for Implementation of access control / CCTV guidelines and maintenance of large IT infrastructure.

To complete appropriate administration procedures in connection with any relevant incidents monitored.

Hands on experience in CCTV camera analytics and its implementation.

To keep the CCTV/ACS devices monitoring and related equipment in a clean and tidy condition at all times.

Installing CCTV cameras /ACS Reader in various locations of the complex, rendering on job training and helping CCTV technicians whenever required.

Trouble shooting and providing service whenever required.

To set the position of all CCTV cameras correctly in the site for proper recording and assure all areas, interior and exterior of the plant are covered. Also to assure that all CCTV cameras in the interior and exterior of the facility are working in good conditions.

To assure that all spare parts required are always available.

To ensures regular checkups of all CCTV/ACS equipment, Servers, and application of the entire complex.
