Job Overview

We are hiring a New Product Development Specialist to join our team at Rasik Product Private Limited. As a New Product Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new products in the packaging industry. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in new product development in the packaging industry
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDraw
• Strong knowledge of product sampling techniques and materials
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Good communication and project management skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition in the packaging industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and develop product concepts
• Lead the product development process, including design, prototyping, sampling, testing, and production
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and sales channels for new products
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective product launch strategies
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of new products in the market and recommend improvements
• Stay updated with industry advancements, new technologies, and manufacturing processes
• Maintain documentation of product specifications, development processes, and project timelines
