Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Oversee performance management processes, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee development.

Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.

Manage payroll and compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.

Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Stay abreast of developments in HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and propose solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Lead and supervise HR staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:


Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with at least [7 to 8 ] years of experience.

In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Sound judgment and decision-making skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
