Job Description:

Rasik Product Pvt Ltd is a leading export manufacturing company, specializing in Gift Wrapping paper, Paper Products & decorative Items . We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant with a strong background in export manufacturing to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards, and optimizing financial performance in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Develop, monitor, and manage the company's budget and forecasts.

Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures and recommend corrective actions.

Tax Compliance and Planning:

Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, including GST, customs, and export duties.

Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors as required.

Develop tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position.

Cost Management and Optimization:

Analyze manufacturing costs and implement cost control measures.

Monitor inventory levels and manage costing for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

Internal Controls and Risk Management:

Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with export manufacturing activities.

Compliance and Regulatory Reporting:

Ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Prepare and submit required regulatory reports in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to support business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with a strong focus on export manufacturing.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards, export regulations, and tax laws related to manufacturing and exports.

Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technology: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
