Job Overview

Mid-Level Chartered Accountant role with 4 to 6 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Taxation, Financial Audits, and Cash Flow Forecasting. Full-Time position based in Mathura.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct variance analysis, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Lead the budgeting and financial planning processes, including variance analysis and financial forecasting.
• Regulatory Compliance & Auditing:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial laws and regulations.
• Implement and monitor effective financial and accounting systems, policies, and principles.
• Strategic Planning & Advisory:
• Provide strategic financial insights and advice to the management team to drive business decisions.
• Participate in strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, or capital investment analyses.
• Cash Flow Management:
• Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, forecasting, and overall financial health.
• Optimize and manage working capital requirements, including receivables, payables, and inventory levels.
• Taxation:
• Oversee tax planning (local and international) to optimize the company’s tax position.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and efficient handling of tax audits.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required
• 4-6 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and principles
• Experience in budgeting, taxation, financial audits, and cash flow forecasting
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
