Job Overview

- Proficient in HRIS Management for efficiently handling employee data and HR operations (Mandatory skill).

- Understanding of compensation and benefits to manage payroll and other related activities effectively.
- Knowledge of HR compliance to ensure that the organization adheres to legal standards and regulations.
