Key Responsibilities:

Administration:

• Oversee hostel operations, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Maintain records of residents and inventory.

Resident Welfare:

• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance.

Discipline and Safety:

• Enforce hostel rules and regulations.
• Monitor security and handle emergencies.

Communication:

• Liaise with students, parents, and authorities.
• Organize feedback sessions and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• The position requires the Warden to reside on the hostel premises (accommodation will be provided).
• Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
