We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated International BPO Executive to join As an International BPO Executive, This is a full-time position with a salary range of [21000/- to 40000/-] depends on Interview and requires 1 to 3 years of experience & Night shift

Qualifications and Skills

• HSC Pass or Graduate
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of computer systems and CRM software
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
• Experience in international BPO industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls for international clients
• Provide customer support and resolve queries effectively and efficiently
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Follow communication guidelines and best practices
• Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance customer experience
• Meet or exceed set targets and metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
• Stay updated with product and service knowledge
