• Provide hardware support to end-users.
• Assemble and configure computer systems.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Maintain hardware components.
• Configure devices such as printers and scanners.
• Conduct diagnostic tests on hardware.
• Create technical documentation for hardware processes.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting as needed.
• The engineer must visit to field in fixing the customers laptop / desktop calls.
• The engineer must have valid 2 wheeler license .
• The engineer must have 2 wheeler as well.
• Since it is a field work , the engineer must be willing to travel within chennai city.
