This job required to do the below activity.


  1. Spares Handling - Spare issue / receipt / Followup
  2. Follow the complete process of Spares Handling including register maintenance , taking snap , uploading , sending mail , filing the document , and followup.
  3. Excel knowledge is must .
  4. Should be able to communicate in English.
  5. Mail sending / attend to customer call and handling escalation.
  6. Complaint handling , assigning the compliant tickets with engineers , following up with the engineers , updating the status in system , following up with all stake holders , sending / answering the calls , making reports , attending review meeting
  7. Taking full ownership on calls management , escalation & spares management.
