Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and directing a team of digital marketing specialists to ensure successful and timely execution of key initiatives and campaigns. This includes managing team members' day-to-day workloads and priorities, monitoring and adjusting campaigns regularly to optimize their performance, and working closely with clients to ensure that their individual needs are being met. The Team Lead will also be responsible for providing performance feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing professional development plans for team members.

Qualifications

• Digital Marketing and Analytics skills, including proficiency in PPC Advertising, SEO/SEM, and Data Analysis/Reporting
• Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to build and maintain successful client relationships, coach team members effectively, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a similar role, managing a team in the digital marketing space
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in industries like Real Estate, Interior Design, or Accounting is a plus
