Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Female Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales, a strong educational background with at least a graduation degree, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The position is based in Gurgaon, and we are specifically looking for candidates residing in or near the location.


Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue potential clients to achieve sales targets.

Property Presentations: Conduct property presentations to clients, showcasing the unique selling points and benefits of our real estate offerings.

Negotiation and Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable deals for both the client and the company.

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team.


Qualifications:


Education: Graduation in any relevant field.

Experience: 1-5 years of proven success in real estate sales.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Gurgaon real estate market is highly desirable.
